Metropolitan Transportation Plan Update
The MTP is a long-term, comprehensive, multimodal “blueprint” for transportation systems and services aimed at meeting the mobility needs of the Spokane Area through the year 2035. Transportation plans and projects are proposed within the MTP in the form of a list of projects to potentially be constructed by all jurisdictions within Spokane County over the next 25 years. The last update of the MTP took place in 2008. It is federally required to be updated every four years.
