A survey of Spokane Transit riders on all routes within the Public Transportation Benefit Area.

A survey to gather information on transportation habits of Spokane and Kootenai county residents.

TRANSPORTATION PLANS
Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) (2002)
Plan detailing a regional response for job access issues and identifying transportation gaps.

Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) (2011-2035)
Documents the inter-modal approach to be taken to develop the regional transportation system to meet the mobility needs of people, freight, and goods over the next 25 years. 

Spokane County Commute Trip Reduction Plan
A plan to develop and implement methods to reduce air pollution and traffic congestion aggravated by single-occupant vehicle trips.

Spokane County Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (2010)
A comprehensive strategy for identifying the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with limited incomes.

Spokane Regional Pedestrian Plan
A plan to identify and address barriers to pedestrians in the region in an effort to increase walking.

Spokane Regional Bike Plan
A plan to outline goals and objectives in developing bikeway and walkway systems. 

Spokane Regional ITS Architecture Plan (2000)
Plan for implementation of an Intelligent Transportation System.

Eastern Washington ITS Implementation Plan Final Report (2007)
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has undertaken an effort to develop
an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Implementation Plan for three of their regional
operations divisions: the North Central, South Central and Eastern Regions.

TRANSPORTATION STUDIES
Monroe-Lincoln Corridor Study Final Report (2001)
A study aimed at identifying ways to improve future traffic flow through the Monroe/ Lincoln corridor, while respecting the needs of surrounding neighborhoods. 

Southside Transportation Study (2004)
Conducted to help citizens and agencies better understand, define and address transportation issues affecting south Spokane.

South Valley Corridor High Capacity Transportation Major Investment Study (1996-1998)
A study conducted to analyze the feasibility of high capacity transportation in the corridor from the downtown central business district through to Liberty Lake.  

Spokane Streetcar Feasibility Study (2006)
The study of an electric fixed-rail streetcar line as a possible alternative for transportation circulation within downtown Spokane.

West Plains-Spokane International Airport Transportation Study and Appendices
A report from a study conducted in response to continued development of the West Plains area and the effect they will have on the surrounding roadway network.
